St. Peter's is located in the historic district of Corktown in Detroit, Michigan. We have held down this corner of Michigan and Trumbull avenues since 1858.

St. Peter's is located on stolen land. This place called "Waawiyatanong" -- where the waters go round -- has been and continues to be the home of many Indigenous peoples, including traditionally the Anishinaabe, the people of the Three Fires Confederacy (the Odawa, Ojibwe, and Potawotami), and many others who knew and know how to live in right relationship with these lands and waters.
